The watch was more beautiful in person, and in excellent shape even though it is 18 years old. Customer service was fantastic - I received my watch within 24 hours. I was hesitant to make a purchase online, but glad I did.

When you buy vintage watches, it only a question of when their will be a repair issue; not if. That said Larry M and his staff at Bob’s are incredible at standing behind what they sell. I had an issue with a vintage Rolex, and I was promptly sent a shipping label to send it back to Bob’s. Larry got the work done within a few business days reassuring me the whole time time they would not stop until the watch was made right. The repaired watch was sent back to me overnight delivery in great shape. When watches out of warrantee are bought, you are buying the dealer as much as the watch. You can do no finer than Bob’s watches for your purchase.
