Pre-owned Rolex Daytona ref 116500 (2017) features a Cerachrom bezel - a hallmark of the modern Rolex sports watch. Replacing aluminum, Cerachrom is much more resilient and offers a more luxurious luster, thanks to tough ceramic material. Today, collectors of all budgets strive to add ceramic bezel Rolex watches to their collections. Among the most iconic and coveted is the ref. 116500. Most of its appeal lies in the pairing of Cerachrom with 904L-grade stainless steel, aka Oystersteel. It is instantly recognizable as a famed Rolex chronograph with distinctive side pushers, Tachymeter scale on the bezel, and coordinating chronograph registers on the dial. The Rolex Daytona ceramic bezel reference 116500 is terrific and well worth my two year wait to get one. To me it resembles some of the vintage Daytona models from the 70s but with all the latest technology and craftsmanship and expect from Rolex

Well this is my 5th time dealing with Bobs since I have bought and sold but this time I traded my Submariner for my dream watch the Daytona ceramic white face. This watch is on back order so I know that I paid more than if I waited for it to be available at Rolex but I couldn’t pass up the mint condition watch Bobs had. I brought to Rolex in NYC to get an insurance appraisal which came in lower than I paid. This has been my dream watch since it was launched and it’s the newest closest looking to the classic Paul Newman so I don’t care about the price I’m keeping this one
