An upgrade from the long-produced Caliber 3135, the newer movement is the pinnacle of Rolex watchmaking technology and is more precise than any other Rolex time and date movement in the brand's history. Its design includes a new skeletonized Chronergy escapement for a more efficient reading, anti-magnetic and anti-shock technology via a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, and a longer 70-hour power reserve.
