Pre-owned Rolex Explorer II ref 226570 (2022) is the current production model that debuted in 2021. It sports a similar aesthetic as its predecessor, ref. 216570, featuring a similar 42mm Oyster case, 904L-grade Oystersteel finish, and the option of either a black or white "Polar" dial. What makes this ref. 226570 so remarkable is the new movement powering the watch, the caliber 3285 Perpetual movement with a longer 72-hour power reserve. Die-hard collectors will also be happy to see ref. 226570 keeps the same polarizing orange "Freccione" arrow hand inspired by the inaugural model from the 1970s. This striking feature serves as an AM/PM indicator and also displays an additional timezone.
